1) About Spoon Me Cheesecake

Spoon Me Cheesecake offers small-batch frozen cheesecake desserts with limited drops, including Vegas-only fulfillment options (pickup and local delivery where available).

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission of a legal guardian) to place orders or sign up for services.

3) Orders, Pricing, and Availability

  • All products are subject to availability and may sell out quickly due to limited drops.
  • Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change at any time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or inventory issues. If your order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded.

4) Pickup and Delivery

Pickup:

  • Pickup details (date/time/location) will be provided at checkout or via order confirmation.
  • You are responsible for arriving during the scheduled pickup window.
  • If you miss the pickup window, we may not be able to hold or remake your order due to product handling requirements.

Local Delivery:

  • Delivery is available in select areas and times as stated on the site.
  • You agree to provide accurate delivery information and be available to receive the order.
  • If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or unavailability, we may not be able to refund or redeliver.

5) Food Handling & Storage

Our products are frozen and temperature-sensitive.

  • You are responsible for proper storage after pickup/delivery.
  • We are not responsible for quality issues caused by improper handling after the order is transferred to you.

6) Refunds, Returns, and Chargebacks

Due to the nature of perishable frozen goods:

  • All sales are final unless required by law.
  • If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing item, damaged packaging), contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery at support@spoonmecheesecake.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

7) VIP Drop Alerts (Email & SMS)

By signing up for VIP Drop Alerts, you agree to receive communications from Spoon Me Cheesecake.

Email: You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

SMS (Optional):

  • If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated texts about VIP drops, promos, and order updates.
  • Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

8) User Conduct

You agree not to:
