Berry Me In Cake

Dearly beloved, we are gathered here to eat.

Berry Me In Cake is the sweetest way to go. We start with a silky cheesecake base made with Italian mascarpone and real vanilla, then lay it to rest beneath a glossy organic blueberry compote, slow-simmered until deep and jammy and folded with our velvety house-made lemon curd. The final send-off? A generous burial of soft, moist vanilla cake crumbles, piled on until every spoon digs up something worth celebrating. Bright, lush, and completely unapologetic, this is how we’d want to go: buried in berries, buried in cake, and smiling the whole way down.
